A MUST-TRY SIMPLE RISOL RECIPES
A Dutch snack that usually contains meat or vegetables wrapped in an omelette and then fried after being coated with breadcrumbs and beaten chicken eggs.
Ingredients
• Sufficient Bread Flour
Filling Material:
• 150 gr Carrot
• 100 gr Potato
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 3 tbsp Oil
• 10 ml chicken stock
Leather Material:
• 150 gr Wheat Flour
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp Salt
• 350 ml Water
Step by step
- Prepare materials. Dice carrots and potatoes
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant with 3 tablespoons of oil, add the potatoes and carrots and add a little chicken stock and cook until soft. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
- Mix all leather ingredients. Give a little butter then cook the omelette until the dough runs out
- Fill the skin with the stuffing and roll up tightly.
- Brush with egg then coat with breadcrumbs. Fry until cooked
