Recipe: Colorful Cassava Cenil
Cenil is a traditional snack with a sweet taste and a chewy texture. Cenil is generally made from starch. But there are also cenil made from grated cassava, or called sentiling. This one cenil has a softer texture than starchy cenil because the ingredients are cassava.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of cassava
- 1 bks agar plain
- 80 grams of sugar
- 150 ml coconut milk
- Food blush
- Grated coconut
- Salt to taste
Making Method:
- Grate cassava with grated coconut. Set aside.
- Add coconut milk, sugar and agar-agar. Mix well and taste test.
- Divide the dough into several parts and give each one.
- The shape of the dough is suitable in the form of a round or dice.
- Steam the dough for 30 minutes.
- Steam also coconut and a little salt for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- When the cenil is ripe, sprinkle with grated coconut.
- Serve straight or skewer on skewers.
