Menu's for Sauteed Onion Petai Recipe (Tumis Bawang Pete)

 

Ingredients

15 cloves of red onion, sliced

5 cloves of garlic, sliced

1 piece of galangal, geprek

3 lbs of lime leaves

1 lemongrass stalk, sliced

10 pieces of red chili

10 pieces of green chili

1 scallion, sliced

4 map boards

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Mushroom broth to taste

Salt to taste


Ways of working

1. Heat a little oil, fry the onion and garlic until garum.

2. Enter the galangal, saute again until the onions are slightly wilted.

3. Enter the lime leaves and lemon grass, mix well until the leaves are slightly wilted.

4. Add green cayenne pepper, red cayenne pepper, scallion, and petai. Then fry until fragrant.

5. Season with oyster sauce, mushroom stock, and salt. Cook until done and serve.
